PRINTING
IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT YOUR JOB IS COMPLETED WITHIN THE GIVEN TURNAROUND TIME, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
All “PRINT READY” files must be sent in one of the following formats with the specifications listed:
FORMAT: pdf, jpeg, psd, ai, gif, or png
COLOR MODE: CMYK
RESOLUTION: 300dpi
BLEED: Bleed must extend further than the cut line. Please keep anything you do not want cut off at least .125” away from the cut line. (Add .125 to your finish size for bleed) In order to avoid any delays in turnaround times, all files should be prepared using the templates provided on out site to ensure proper bleed, page-setup, folding etc. Be sure to remove these templates from your finished artwork before submitting your print ready file.
REVISIONS & PROOFS: We will automatically check your file or proper bleed and necessary revisions. If any minorrevisions are required, we will make the necessary changes at no additional cost and you will receive an email proof of your corrected file to approve for print (bleed and print setup only, we will not make any changes to the graphics or text, graphic changes are an additional $25). Once you have submitted your print ready file and have agreed to the terms and conditions, if you do not approve of the revised file within 48hrs, we will print the file you submitted as is.
PAYMENTS: Full payment is required when submitting files for printing orders. We cannot be begin processing your order until full payment is made.
CANCELLATION: You may cancel your print order at anytime prior to entering into production. Canceling an order prior to entering production will result in a $25 fee. Please allow up to 10 business days for any refunded monies to be credited to your account. A print order can not be canceled and no refund will be given once it has entered into production. No refunds are issued for additional graphic services.
TURNAROUND TIMES: All turnaround times are based on business days, excluding holidays. Turnaround starts the day after approval of the final artwork.
SHIPPING (5-7 Business Days): FREE Shipping in US Only. International shipping may require additional shipping costs.
FREE GRAPHIC DESIGN: Each customer gets 1 FREE Graphic Design with each order. You can choose to use this free design for your current order, or you can use this design for another project if you already have print ready artwork. If you decide not to use your free design for your current order, a voucher will be sent to you via email. No monies will be deducted or refunded if free offer is not utilized. Free offer expires in 30 days.

CONSULTATIONS
FYI: Consultations are only needed when communication via Email & Text is not enough to get the job done exactly how you invisioned it!
This could be used for design purposes, updates & revisions, or inquiries on a new project.

For new inquiries, the consultation fee will be applied to the total balance for orders of $100 or more.

We will attempt to call you 3 times. If you do not answer the call, we will send you 1 more Scheduled Date & Time that we will be trying to reach you. After the second attempt you will need to resubmit your request.
